Cooking Instruction
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results oven cook. All appliances very, the following are guidelines only. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pierce Film and place in preheated oven at 180℃ / 160C Fan/ Gas Mark 4 for 25 mins. Open the film by cutting around the inside of the tray with a scissors or knife, stir the meal, re-cover with film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE: Pierce film and cook for 5 mins 15 secs in 1000W Appliance, 5 mins 50 secs for 900W and 6 mins 30 secs for 800W. Open the film by cutting around the inside of the tray with a scissors or knife, stir the meal, recover with film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 5°C. Packed in a modified atmosphere. Once opened, continue to refrigerate and consume within 2 days. For ‘USE BY’, see front of pack. Not suitable for home freezing.

Safety Information
