Cooking Instruction
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results oven cook. All appliances very, the following are guidelines only. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pierce film and place in preheated oven at 200℃ / 180C Fan/Gas Mark 6 for 25 mins. Open the film on the chicken and sauce section by cutting around the inside of the tray with scissors or knife, stir the chicken and sauce, re-cover with film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE: Pierce film and cook for 5 mins 30 secs in a 1000W Appliance, 6 mins in a 900W and 6 mins 50 secs for 800W. Open the film on the chicken and sauce section by cutting around the inside of the tray with scissors or knife, stir the chicken and sauce, re-cover with film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated between 1℃ and 5℃. Packed in a modified atmosphere. Once opened consume immediately and by the use by date. For ‘USE BY’, see front of pack. Not Suitable for Home Freezing.

Safety Information
Tray will be pliable when heated. Ensure you take care when removing it from the appliance and when peeling off the film after heating to avoid scalding. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
