MICROWAVE: Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins
in 900W appliance. 4 mins 30 secs for 800W and 5 mins 10 secs for 700W appliances.
OVEN: Pierce film and place in preheated oven at 180ºC / 160ºC Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 mins.
Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C. Once opened, continue to refrigerate and consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, defrost fully before cooking. Use within 1 month of freezing.
