Cooking Instruction
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
All Appliances very, the following are guidelines only.
OVEN COOK (CHILLED):
Pierce film and place in preheated oven at 180C/ 160C
Fan/Gas Mark 4 for 25 mins.
MICROWAVE (CHILLED):
Pierce film and cook for 4 mins 30 Secs mins in 900W
Appliance, 5 mins 10 secs for 800W and 5 mins 50 secsfor 700W.
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage
Keep Refrigerated between 1C and 5C. Packed in a modified atmosphere. Once opened consume immediately and by the use by date. For ‘USE BY’. See front of pack. Not Suitable for Home Freezing.

Safety Information
Tray will be pliable when heated. Ensure you take care when removing it from the appliance and when peeling off the film after heating to avoid scalding. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
