Cooking Instruction

As appliances vary, the cooking instructions below are guidelines only.  Please refer to manufacturers handbook.

Oven Bake:
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C for fan assisted ovens).  Spread your toppings evenly over the uncooked pizza base, typically with tomato sauce and other topping of your choice.  Place the pizza directly onto the middle shelf of oven.  Bake for 10-12 minutes.  For gas ovens, bake at Gas Mark 9 for 8 minutes.  For baking a pizza with a larger amount of toppings it may take a minute or two longer to cook thoroughly.

Storage

Keep refrigerated from 0°C to 5° C.  Once opened, reseal pack and consume within five days.  For the ‘Use By’ date, see back of pack.  Suitable for home freezing at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
