Cooking Instructions

Tray will be hot, please ensure to take care when removing it from the oven.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Oven cook
Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C/ Gas mark 4. Spray or rub oil on the turkey steaks. Place tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 20 – 25 minutes, turning during cooking. Ensure the steaks are fully cooked, piping hot throughout, juices run clear and no pink remains before serving.
Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C. Once opened, continue to refrigerate and consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, defrost fully before cooking. Use within 1 month of freezing.
