Cooking Instructions

Warning:
Tray will be pliable when heated. Ensure you take care when removing from the oven.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Oven cook
Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4. Spray or rub oil on the chicken fillets. Place tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning during cooking. Ensure the fillets are fully cooked, piping hot throughout, juices run clear and no pink remains before serving.
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. For ‘use by’ date, see front of pack. Do not exceed the ‘use by’ date. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.Do not refreeze once thawed.
