Cooking Instructions – General – Stir meal to distribute the sauce throughout.
Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Microwave – From Chilled – Pierce film. Heat for 4 mins in a 900w appliance, 5 mins in a 750w appliance or 6 mins in a 650w appliance.
Oven cook – From Chilled – Pierce film and place in preheated oven at 180°C /160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 25 mins.
Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C. Once opened, continue to refrigerate and consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, defrost fully before cooking. Use within 1 month of freezing.
