Grill
Instructions: Preheat grill. Place burgers on grill tray and cook on a medium to high heat for 5-7 minutes each side, turning at least once during cooking.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Gently heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry burgers over a medium to high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, turning at least once during cooking.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. For ‘use by’ date, see front of pack. Do not exceed the ‘use by’ date.Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
